# Avatars

set a profile picture

Hns Chat supports a txt based pfp system. To add a pfp simply set a txt record like the following: 

```
profile avatar=https://i.arxius.io/45877d6b
```

Where the link after the "=" points to your image. Many sharing services would work for this like for example <https://arxius.io> or <https://imgur.com/>.

Once the record is set wait 30+ minutes and it should update.
